At KBUILDS-STUFF.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, customized, or personalized, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
Standard Products
For non-custom, non-personalized products, we accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Custom & Personalized Products
Products that are custom-made, personalized, engraved, embroidered, printed, cut, fabricated, or otherwise produced specifically for you are not eligible for returns or refunds simply because you changed your mind.
This includes custom CNC work, laser cutting or engraving, plasma cutting, embroidery and digitizing, 3D printing, UV printing, and other custom fabrication.
However, if we make an error, the product arrives damaged, or the finished product materially differs from the approved design or order specifications, please contact us. We will work with you to make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs showing the issue and packaging when applicable.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, remake, or refund.
Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as photographs or other information may be needed for shipping claims.
Custom Design Approval
For custom projects that require customer approval, you are responsible for reviewing the design, spelling, names, dates, dimensions, colors, and other specifications before approving production.
Once a design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible.
KBUILDS-STUFF is not responsible for errors that appeared in a customer-approved design unless the finished product differs from that approved design.
Order Cancellations
Standard product orders may be canceled before they have shipped when possible.
Custom orders may only be canceled before design work, material preparation, or production has begun. Once work has started, some or all payments may become non-refundable because of labor, materials, design work, or other costs already incurred.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after we issue a refund depend on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We will provide return instructions when your return is approved.
